MELPRO 2014 – Membrane and Electromembrane Processes, May 18-21, 2014
The conference goal is to present recent advances in electromembrane processes and in the combined processes involving at least one electromembrane step. The attention will be devoted to the electromembrane separation just as power engineering application. This means presentation of solutions of real problems and of the electromembrane applications close to realisation.
High attention will be paid not only to electromembrane but also to the combined processes. It is because the combined processes represent base for solution of complex technological demands.
The conference vision can thus be summarised as follows:
•Involvement of the academic as well as industrial sphere
•Increased attention to the combined processes with high potential for industrial application
•Providing a sufficient space for presentation of the research work performed by students and young researchers in the field of electromembrane and combined processes.
Topics of the conference:
•Materials for electromembrane processes
•Electromembrane Separation and Synthesis Processes
•Electromembrane Processes for Energy Conversion
•Process Design and Mathematical Modeling
•Integrated membrane processes and industrial applications
•General Session
